Margy Bayer

Margy Bayer is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in generalist HR functions, strategic HR advisory, and recruitment across various industries including mining, energy, and construction. Currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at CMV Group since November 2020, Margy has previously held roles such as Human Resources Advisor at Liebherr-Australia, overseeing HR for over 250 employees, and worked in multiple HR capacities at OZ Minerals and other organizations. Margy's education includes two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Literary Studies from the University of South Australia.
