Carlos de Castro Ferreira

Carlos de Castro Ferreira is an accomplished civil engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. As the CEO and Founder of FMS Group since March 1998, Carlos has played a vital role in leading the firm in various capacities, including structural engineer and project manager. Prior professional roles include civil site manager positions at notable firms such as Tâmega and Koch de Portugal, where projects involved significant public works and infrastructure developments. Carlos holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Evaluation and Management from Coimbra Business School. Additionally, Carlos is registered with the Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários as a certified property evaluator and is a member of the Portuguese Association of Engineering Evaluators.
