Richard McKenna has held various senior leadership positions in geotechnical engineering and geosciences companies since 2008. Richard is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Principal Geotechnical Engineer at CMW Geosciences, as well as the Principal/Director for the East Coast region. Previously, Richard served as the General Manager for Coffey International Ltd, where Richard managed and delivered success in various business groups across different regions in Australia. As a Senior Engineer and Associate Engineer, Richard was based in Brisbane and Darwin, and later became the Business Unit Manager for the Northern Territory. Richard has been involved in major projects in leadership roles, contributing their expertise as a Project Manager, Director, and Adviser.
