Dmitry Gorenburg is a seasoned researcher and editor with extensive experience in political science and international relations. Currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist at CNA since July 2004, Dmitry has also held roles as Research Scientist at the same organization and Editor for Problems of Post-Communism since August 2011. Previously, Dmitry was the Executive Director of the American Association for the Advancement of Slavic Studies from 2005 to June 2010 and a Lecturer at Harvard University from 2005 to 2007. Dmitry started their career as a Research Analyst at the Center for Naval Analyses from 2000 to 2004 and was a Graduate Student at Harvard University from 1992 to 1999, where a Ph.D. in Political Science was obtained. Dmitry holds a BA in International Relations from Princeton University, earned between 1988 and 1992, and graduated from Robbinsdale Armstrong High School in 1988.
