Ekaette Umoh CPCU, AU, AIC, AINS is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and product development. Currently serving as a Product Manager for Claims Transformation and Technology at CNA Insurance, Ekaette has previously held positions at Mobilitas Insurance as a Staff and Senior Product Manager, and at CSAA Insurance Group as a Senior Service Supervisor and Claims Supervisor. With a strong background in investigating, evaluating, and negotiating claims, Ekaette has also worked in risk management for All-Bright Transportation LLC and has experience in the financial sector as a Registered Representative and Life Insurance Agent. Ekaette is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Oklahoma while holding a Bachelor's degree in International Area Studies from the same institution.
