Richard Blank

Richard Blank has extensive experience in project management and business analysis, currently serving as the Manager of Product Integration at Concordia Plan Services since February 2009. In this role, Richard manages system and tool change requests while exploring solutions to address business and customer needs. Previously, Richard held positions as Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst, focusing on project execution, business requirements documentation, and process improvement. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Analyst at Champion Bank and various roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, including Senior Business Analyst, Account Manager, and Branch Manager. Richard holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from Saint Louis University and a BS in Geology from Baylor University.
