Jessica McKenna

Jessica McKenna is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in claim client services. Currently serving as Vice President at CNA Insurance since February 2018, Jessica has held various leadership roles including Assistant Vice President and Client Services Managing Director. Prior experience includes significant tenure at Travelers from 2005 to 2018 in roles such as Claim Account Executive and Workers’ Compensation Unit Manager. Jessica began their career in the insurance sector at Progressive Insurance as Claims Manager and transitioned into an admissions role at Minnesota School of Business. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from the University of California, Berkeley.
