Joyce Eng is an experienced underwriting professional with a robust background in account management and business development within the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior National Account Underwriting Assistant at CNA Insurance since September 2018, Joyce previously held senior underwriting positions at Brownstone Agency, Inc. and Greater New York Insurance Companies, where expertise was applied to underwriting new and renewal business for a diverse client base across various sectors, including Property, Liability, and Workers Compensation. Prior experience also includes a decade as a Senior Account Executive at Travelers, focusing on production underwriting and coaching junior underwriters.
