Amy Evans Cic, Cpcu

Amy Evans, CIC, CPCU, CIA is currently the Director of Product Development at CNA National, where they lead, develops, and mentors the Product team. Amy acts as a subject matter expert and regularly presents product development recommendations to the C-suite. Previously, Amy worked at SilverRock Inc. as the Assistant Director of Product and later as a Product Manager, where they led and mentored teams, collaborated with company leadership to define strategic roadmaps, and coordinated priorities with other business units. Before that, they were a Product Analyst at SilverRock Inc., working with leadership to identify business needs and implement solutions. Amy also has experience in audit management as an Audit Manager at DriveTime, and as a Senior Internal Auditor. Amy has previous experience as a Senior Insurance Operations Analyst and Insurance Operations Analyst at Brown & Brown Insurance. In addition, they served as the Director of Government Relations at the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Arizona. Amy's earlier experience includes roles such as Campus Organizer/Government Affairs at the Arizona Students' Association, Volunteer/Field Coordinator at Mark Begich for US Senate and Other Campaigns, and a Legislative Internship at the University of Alaska.

Amy Evans, CIC, CPCU, CIA, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, completing their studies from 2006 to 2011. In 2009, they also obtained a certification as an Emergency Medical Technician from the Community College of Aurora. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications throughout their career, including Cert Prep: Scrum Master, Data Analytics for Business Professionals, and Data Visualization for Data Analysis and Analytics, all from LinkedIn, in 2023. Furthermore, they hold the Accredited Advisor in Insurance certification from The Institutes, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Amy Evans is also a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Insurance Service Representative from the National Alliance. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Internal Auditor certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter certification from The Institutes.
