Patrick Halladay

Patrick Halladay has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Patrick began their career in 1982 as a Peace Corps Volunteer and served as a Vice Principal and Mathematics Teacher. From 1986 to 1989, they worked at Save the Children UK as a Deputy Director, School Feeding Coordinator, and Accountant, where they managed logistics and oversaw construction projects. In 1992, they joined HESS Construction + Engineering Services, Inc. as a Project Manager and Office Manager. From 1999 to 2010, they worked at MRIS, Inc. in various roles including Database Developer and Project Manager. Patrick also had a brief period of independent contracting work as a Consultant in 2011. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a Lead Systems Analyst and Business Analyst. Since 2016, they have been working at CNA National Warranty Corporation, starting as a Business Analyst and progressing to roles including Manager, Senior Manager, and currently, Director of Strategic Program Implementation.

Patrick Halladay attended Virginia Tech from 1978 to 1982, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.
