Mark Nordquist is an experienced technology and operations leader with a strong background in project management and software development. Currently serving as a SAFe Release Train Engineer and Scrum Master at CNA Surety, Mark has held various leadership roles including Information Technology Portfolio Manager at CNA Insurance and Festival Operations Director at LifeLight Communications, Inc., where Mark oversees logistics for the largest family/Christian music festival in the U.S. Mark’s career spans several decades, beginning as a Tech. Sergeant in the South Dakota Air National Guard, where notable achievements include being named Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from National American University, Mark possesses deep expertise in guiding business processes and systems integration while collaborating with diverse teams to drive operational innovation.
