Cécile DEJOUX is an accomplished academic and professional in the fields of management and human resources, currently serving as the Founder and Director of the Learning Lab Human Change at Cnam since September 2015, where innovative methodologies are utilized to facilitate collective transformation in organizations. In addition to this role, Cécile holds the position of Chief Scientist Officer at People First Technologies, focusing on wellbeing and care through collaborative approaches.
