Matthew Slightom

Matthew Slightom has extensive experience in commercial and agricultural lending as an AVP Commercial/Ag Loan Officer at CNB Bank & Trust, N.A. since July 2014, where Matthew also held various management roles. In addition to this position, Matthew Slightom serves on the Board of Directors for Jerseyville Mutual Insurance Co. and operates Slightom Farms. Matthew Slightom’s earlier experience includes roles in excavation, teaching agribusiness principles as an adjunct instructor at Blackburn College, and coordinating fundraising for the Corr Cemetery Association. Matthew Slightom holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, along with an Associate's degree in Science from Lewis and Clark Community College.
