Joshua Householder

Joshua Householder has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Joshua is currently working at CNB Bank Inc. as the Chief Banking Officer/SVP since October 2018. Prior to that, they were at BCT - Bank of Charles Town where they held various roles including Senior Vice President & Commercial Lending Division Manager, Vice President & Commercial Loan Officer, Commercial Loan Officer, Credit Analyst, and Assistant Manager of Information Technology. Joshua also had a brief teaching experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College.

Joshua Householder has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Shepherd University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Mount St. Mary's University. Joshua has also attended several specialized lending schools, including the ABA Graduate Commercial Lending School, RMA-ECU Commercial Real Estate Lending School, RMA-ECU Advanced Commercial Lending School, and RMA-ECU Commercial Lending School. Additionally, they have completed the West Virginia School of Banking.
