Neil Searle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as a Land Access Consultant at CNC Project Management since January 2022, Neil also manages and presents boat license courses through Geelong Boat Training and Western Suburbs Boat Training since October 2017. Previously, Neil worked as a Community and Landholder Liaison at APA Group from October 2017 to August 2022, and as the Sales and Marketing Manager for New Select Homes from April 2015 to September 2017, where responsibilities included sales strategy, business development, and partnerships. Neil's entrepreneurial experience is highlighted through ownership of Delighting Pty. Ltd. from April 2001 to May 2017, and earlier positions included roles in business development at TXU Networks and Thomson CSF.
