Stephanie Simmons

Stephanie Simmons is Director of Human Resources at CNE Direct, responsible for the overall management, administration, and coordination of CNE's Human Resources department.

Leveraging a decade of experience in Human Resources (HR), Stephanie leads a global team of HR professionals, in driving change and efficiencies that utilize best practices in HR, while acting as a voice to champion the needs of CNE employees.

Prior to joining CNE Direct, Stephanie held a number of HR-related positions at Opportunity Communities, AMP Agency, Genuine, and LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Boston.

Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and human services from Northeastern University, Boston, and is a Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
