Mike Peek

Mike Peek has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Mike most recently worked at CNEX Labs, Inc. as the Sr Director of the Program Management Office. Prior to that, they served as the Sr Director of Non-Volatile Engineering Group (NVEG) Operations at Micron Technology, where they managed the engineering process and operations of a group of 2600 employees across multiple countries. Mike also directed and collaborated with the Executive Steering working group for Micron's strategic pillars.

Before joining Micron, Mike worked at Marvell Semiconductor as the Chief of Staff and Sr Director of the Storage Program Office. In this role, they supported the implementation of the Storage Business Group's initiatives and ensured optimal functioning of the group. Mike also held the position of Principal Customer Program Management for SSD, where they had programmatic responsibilities for Marvell's Tier 1 Solid State Drive customers.

In addition to their work in the technology industry, Mike also served in the U.S. Navy Reserve for almost three decades, achieving the rank of Commander. Mike held various leadership roles within the Navy Reserve.

Their earlier experience includes working at Marvell as a Sr Program Manager, where they were responsible for program management and operational leadership related to Solid State Drive modules and storage controller SOC for major Drive OEMs. Prior to that, they worked at Maxtor Corp as an Engineering Director, excelling in a cross-functional matrix engineering environment.

Overall, Mike has a strong background in program and project management, engineering operations, and strategic leadership in the technology industry.

Mike Peek attended UC Santa Barbara from 1981 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, specializing in Computer Engineering. Mike then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management, with a focus on Program Management and Wireless Communication, at Santa Clara University from 2000 to 2005.
