Fabrizio Grandi is currently the CX Global Key Account Lead for CNH Industrial, responsible for maintaining strategic alignment between central and regional stakeholders, supporting global project rollouts, promoting customer experience (CX) culture, and delivering CX training. Prior to this role, Fabrizio worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture, where contributions included improving and digitizing the Technical Assistance process for an international automotive client, as well as enhancing Warranty and Supplier Warranty Recovery processes for global clients in the automotive sector. Earlier experience includes a marketing and operations internship at Drivania International. Fabrizio holds a Master's degree in Industrial Production and Technological Innovation Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Production Engineering from the same institution, along with education from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
