Nik Green

Nik Green, MS, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in data analytics and business intelligence. Currently serving as the VP of IT Data Analytics at CNH Industrial since January 2023, Nik Green has previously held key roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Data Officer at Mercury Healthcare, where responsibilities included leading AI and analytics for over 160 hospital systems. At Amazon, Nik Green managed software engineering and data science teams to optimize the flow of over 25 billion customer packages. Experience also includes directing business intelligence initiatives at Delhaize America and Ascena Retail Group, as well as managing a significant budget and team at Johnson & Johnson to enhance analytical capabilities. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management of Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame.
