Vilmar Fistarol

Vilmar Fistarol is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the automotive and industrial sectors. Currently serving as President of the North America Region at CNH Industrial since September 2013, Fistarol has held multiple high-level positions within the company, including President of CNH Industrial LATAM and COO LATAM, as well as being a member of the Global Senior Leadership Team and Group Executive Council. Prior to joining CNH Industrial, Fistarol worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as Head of Global Purchasing and held roles including LATAM HR VP and Executive VP for FCA Argentina. Fistarol's career also includes serving as President & CEO for TEKSID in both Nafta and Mercosul regions. Fistarol's educational background includes a Board of Directors program at Fundação Dom Cabral and studies at institutions such as UCS - Universidade de Caxias do Sul, Kellogg, and Insead.
