Samantha Sengel

Samantha Sengel is the VP of Workforce & Community Success at Central New Mexico Community College. Samantha has worked in the field of workforce and community development for over 25 years. Samantha started their career as a student development associate at the University of New Mexico Foundation, where they helped students with their career development. Samantha then became a student development associate at the University of New Mexico, where they helped students with their personal and professional development. In 1998, they began working at UNM Hospitals as a development specialist, where they helped employees with their career development. In 2001, they left UNM Hospitals to become the VP of Workforce & Community Success at Central New Mexico Community College.

Samantha Sengel has a Doctor of Education from The University of New Mexico with a focus in Educational Leadership. Samantha also has a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix in Business Administration and Management. Her undergraduate degree is in International Business from UNM Anderson School of Management.
