Dr. Samantha Sengel is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at the City of Albuquerque, where Dr. Samantha oversees more than 6,000 employees and has formal control in the charter. Dr. Samantha also serves as part-time faculty at The University of New Mexico, teaching in the MBA program. With extensive experience in leadership roles at Central New Mexico Community College and other institutions, Dr. Sengel has a strong background in community engagement, advancement, and workforce success initiatives. Dr. Samantha holds a Doctor of Education degree, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
