Karina Mangano

Karina Mangano, SPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at CNM LLP since August 2022. Previously, Karina held several positions at American Realty Advisors, including Vice President of Human Resources, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, and Manager of Human Resources from April 2016 to September 2022. Prior to that, Karina worked at The Decurion Corporation from November 2003 to April 2016, where roles included Executive Director and Human Resources and Business Office Director at Hollybrook Senior Living, as well as Operations and Human Resources Manager, responsible for financial performance and overseeing a staff of 150 employees. Karina holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UCLA.
