Tina Weinfurther

Tina Weinfurther has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Tina started their career at GTE as part of the Financial Associate Development Program. Tina then worked at Hewitt Associates as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing client relationships and developing new business. Tina later joined Watson Wyatt Worldwide, where they quickly rose to the position of Corporate Director of Account Management, overseeing key customer business and achieving significant revenue growth. Tina also worked as a Senior Consultant at Towers Perrin, consulting with clients in various sectors on human resource issues. Tina served as the President and CEO of TNS Prognostics, leading the company through a successful turnaround. Tina founded Benchmarx Solutions, advising organizations on stakeholder research and strategic planning. Tina also held executive positions at Saba Software and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, where they provided leadership and support in organizational development. Currently, they are the President and CEO of CNM, a nonprofit management organization focused on strengthening communities.

Tina Weinfurther obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University from 1974 to 1978.
