Josefina de la Fuente

Josefina de la Fuente is an experienced journalist currently serving as Sub Editor at CNN Chile since September 2020, focusing on coverage of the Constitutional Convention. Previously, Josefina worked as an Associate Producer and News Desk Journalist Intern at CNN en Español from June 2019 to February 2020. From March 2016 to July 2018, Josefina held the position of News Reporter at CNN, where responsibilities included story pitching, directing camera crews, writing scripts, and producing video packages. Earlier experience includes a role as a News Reporter at Radio Bío-Bío, where Josefina reported on political, educational, and health issues. Academic credentials include a Master's degree from Columbia University - Graduate School of Journalism (2018-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication/Journalism from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2012-2016). Josefina is currently pursuing further education at Sciences Po from 2023 to 2025.
