Ed Hepker

Ed Hepker is an experienced IT strategist and leader with a strong background in partner engagement and customer technology solutions. Currently serving as Sr. Director of IT Strategy & Partner Engagement at CNO Financial Group, Ed has previously held senior roles at KAR Global, including VP of Customer Technology Solutions and VP of Process & Delivery Excellence. Prior experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance includes positions as Director of Quality Assurance, Director of Software Development Services, and Director of Service Management. Ed holds a degree from Taylor University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
