Eric R. Johnson

Eric R. Johnson is the current Chief Investment Officer and President of 40|86 Advisors, Inc. at CNO Financial. Eric has over 15 years of experience in Business Development and Contact Center Outsourcing. Prior to their current position, Mr. Johnson was the Vice President of Business Development for Quatro BPO Services from 2007 to 2009. From there, they went on to Hewlett-Packard as the Business Development Director for F&A Outsourcing from 2004 to 2007. In 2009, they began their tenure at Sitel as the Vice President of Business Development for Contact Center Outsourcing, a position they held until 2017.

Throughout their career, Mr. Johnson has excelled in developing long-term strategic partnerships and conducting new business development with Fortune 1000 clientele. Eric has a deep understanding of the technology and manufacturing industries, as well as retail, financial services, healthcare, travel, and transportation. Mr. Johnson’s success in Business Development has led to their current position as Chief Investment Officer and President of 40|86 Advisors, Inc. at CNO Financial.

Eric R. Johnson has an MBA in Marketing from Brigham Young University and a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. Eric also has a degree in Sport Psychology from Grimslövs Folkhögskola in Grimslöv, Sweden.
