Mike Mead

Mike Mead is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at CNO Financial. Mike has over twenty-five years of experience in the IT industry, including stints as the CEO of AIG Technologies (Malaysia) and as an SVP Transformation Executive at AIG.

Mead began their career as a software engineer and quickly rose through the ranks at AIG, eventually becoming responsible for the company's global IT infrastructure. Under their leadership, AIG Technologies achieved significant improvements in quality, cost efficiency, and employee turnover. Mike also led the company's successful migration to a third-party 'As a Service' platform.

In 2018, Mead was named the SVP Transformation Executive at AIG. In this role, they are responsible for leading global transformation initiatives spanning technology and people. Mike is also focused on creating business value through cost efficiency. To date, they have been successful in reducing costs and increasing employee engagement at AIG.

Mike Mead reports to Bruce Baude, Chief Operations and Technology Officer. Some individuals on their team include Ben Tesnar - VP, Chief Information Security Officer, Patti Kolodziejczyk - VP, Application Delivery, and Pat Casey - VP, Chief Technology Officer.
