Baoshan Lu

Baoshan Lu has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as VP Operations CPNA and General Manager Oil Sands CPNA at CNOOC International since September 2018. Prior to this role, Baoshan Lu held the position of General Manager South Business at CNOOC Southeast Asia Ltd and served in various capacities at CNOOC International and CNOOC Southeast Asia Ltd from 2010 to 2017, including Sr. Advisor Production and General Manager North Business Unit. Early career experience includes key management roles in project development and operations at CNOOC China Limited and the Tianjin Branch of 中国海油. Baoshan Lu holds an MBA from Tianjin University and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Jianghan Petroleum Institute.
