Phil Roscoe

Phil Roscoe is an experienced project manager in the IT solutions delivery sector, currently leading Nexen Petroleum UK Ltd's Industrial Control and Monitoring Systems (ICMS) security program since April 2012, focusing on enhancing process control network security. In addition to this role, Phil manages large-scale infrastructure projects for Nexen's IT solutions delivery team, both onshore and offshore. Prior experience includes serving as a Domain Manager at Sword Technologies and as UK Telecomms Lead at Hess Corporation, overseeing telecommunications operations across North West Europe and offshore assets. Phil holds an M.Sc. in Advanced Communications Systems from Edinburgh Napier University and a B.Sc. (Honours) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from The University of Salford.
