Leslie ZhangWeihua is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Vice President and General Counsel at 联合能源集团 since September 2016, leading both the global legal team and business development. Concurrently, Leslie holds the position of Director in the Project Management Division of the Legal Department at 中国海油, while also acting as Deputy Legal Director for CNOOC Energy Technology & Services Group. With a career at CHINA NATIONAL OFFSHORE OIL CORPORATION that began in October 2005, Leslie has managed the consulting team and served as Acting Head of the Merger/Acquisition team, overseeing corporate compliance, contract reviews, and international M&A transactions. Prior roles include Director of the Project Managing Division at CITIC Resources, and Legal Counsel at PetroChina International.
