Laurence Mitrovic

Laurence Mitrovic is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, M&A, and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Group General Counsel at CNP Assurances since January 2022, Laurence oversees a large legal team and manages diverse legal responsibilities, including business law and insurance law. Prior to this role, Laurence held the position of Aviva France Group General Counsel for over a decade, providing strategic legal advice and managing a sizable legal team. Earlier legal experience includes positions as Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and as an Associate at Monahan & Duhot and Bernard Tessler Hertz, focusing on litigation, arbitration, and corporate law. Laurence holds multiple degrees, including an Executive Master in Finance from Sciences Po Paris and certifications in business Russian and law from prestigious institutions.
