Ana Navalon

Ana Navalon serves as the Head of Operations at CNP Santander Insurance since November 2012, where leadership encompasses day-to-day operations and oversight of outsourced services. Ana is responsible for managing operations personnel, processes, and controls, while fostering team engagement, diversity, and inclusion. Previously, as an Insurance Services Manager, Ana managed operations across multiple countries, focusing on enhancing customer service and process efficiencies. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager at Crédit Agricole Creditor Insurance, as well as Supervisor of the Medical Department at Allianz Worldwide Care. Ana holds multiple diplomas in coaching, international business development, and international life insurance from Technological University Dublin and the International Management Institute.
