Lynetta Cheatham has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Lynetta is currently Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Equity & Inclusion at CNSI since August 2020. Prior to SAIC, Lynetta worked at Boeing as the Manager of Advanced Systems Support from 2002 to 2006, where they played a key role in building strategic plans and managing budgets for external contracts. Lynetta also held leadership positions at Ernst & Young Consulting Services and American Management Systems (AMS). Overall, Lynetta Cheatham has a wealth of experience in HR leadership and talent acquisition, with a track record of successfully implementing strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals.

Lynetta Cheatham obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, graduating between 1981 and 1984. In 2021, they pursued further education and completed a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate program from Cornell University. Their field of study in this program was Diversity and Inclusion.
