Tim Bedard is the EVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at CNX, a position they have held since 2024. They previously served as VP/Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property at Visa from 2015 to 2018 and worked as a Senior Director of Intellectual Property for Johnson & Johnson from 2005 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Tim practiced as a Patent Attorney at K&L Gates and served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy from 1991 to 1998. Tim is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Pittsburgh, an MBA at Yale School of Management, and a JD at Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University.
