Tom Gardner

Tom Gardner has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tom is currently serving as the COO at Co-Flo Enterprise since January 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Consultant at Partners in Performance from August 2019 to November 2020.

Tom also co-founded a technology start-up called Carter SA in October 2016, where they served as the Co-Founder until July 2019. Carter aimed to revolutionize the new car buying process by helping customers find the right cars, source great deals, and ensure top-notch customer service.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Tom worked as an Operations Director at AllLife from January 2011 to September 2016. Tom gained significant experience in this role.

Early in their career, Tom served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from June 2006 to December 2010. This role provided him with valuable skills and insights.

Throughout their career, Tom has held various leadership and consulting positions, demonstrating their ability to adapt and excel in different environments.

Tom Gardner completed their M.Sc in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town from 2000 to 2006. In the same period, they also pursued a B.Com (honours) in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town. Later, in 2015 to 2016, they attended Integrative Enneagram for an unspecified degree or field of study.
