Alex Meehan

Alex Meehan currently serves as the Head of Data Science and AI at Co-op, where responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to design and implement advanced Data Science and AI products. Prior to this role, Alex was an Independent Consultant at UK AM Services while completing a Data Science MSc, focusing on strategic evaluations and M&A diligence. Alex also held significant positions at The Pets at Home Vet Group and Pets at Home, overseeing commercial agendas and strategic initiatives. At PepsiCo, Alex was General Manager of New Ventures UK, successfully launching over 50 products, and served as Senior Director of UK Revenue Strategy. Early career experience includes a managerial role at Bain & Company, leading strategy and performance improvement projects. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Data Science from Lancaster University and an MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
