David Knight

David Knight is an experienced professional with a strong background in community engagement and communications. Currently serving as a Community Business Partner (Delivery) at Co-op since June 2016, David manages the operational delivery of the community plan across various business units. Prior roles at Co-op include Community Engagement Partner, where responsibilities included implementing national strategies and leading projects to enhance community impact, and a secondment in the Transformation & Change Team, coordinating logistics for a large-scale change project. Prior to Co-op, David worked at Unity Partnership Ltd as Communications & Engagement Manager and Community Liaison Officer, focusing on corporate communications and community engagement programs. David's career began at Signpost International as a Team Manager, developing volunteer programs for community development projects. Education includes an Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship and qualifications in Internal Communications, Economics, and Social Work.
