Ian King

Ian King is an experienced business development professional with a robust background in the retail sector. Currently serving as Head of Business Development for Co-op Wholesale & Nisa since April 2024, Ian King has previously held various leadership roles at WHSmith from February 2014 to January 2024, including Group Trading Director for Consumer Electronics and Head of Business Development. Prior experience includes key positions at DIXONS RETAIL GROUP LIMITED as Head of Commercial for Dixons Travel, and multiple roles at Dixons Retail, such as Head of Category and Buyer. Ian King began a career at Safeway Stores Plc and has a BSc (Hons) in Retail Management from the University of Surrey, obtained in 1999.
