Ian Williams

Ian Williams has extensive experience in the retail sector, having worked at Co-op since January 2015 in various roles, including Process Monitoring and Data Lead, Data Optimisation Lead, and Promotions Merchandising and Data Manager. Prior to this, Ian was employed at The Co-operative Group from April 2009 to October 2014 as an Area Manager and Property Manager, where responsibilities included developing business strategies and managing store conversions. Ian's career began at Somerfield, where roles included Store Manager and Deputy Manager from January 2003 to September 2008, culminating in successfully delivering significant investment and turnover results. Ian's early experience also includes a role focused on loss prevention, where strategies were created to minimize leakage and improve operational engagement.
