Kathryn Marsden

Kathryn Marsden currently serves as the Head of People at The Co-operative Group since July 2011. Prior to this role, Kathryn worked as an HR Business Partner at SSL and as an HR Manager at Princes Limited. With experience in various HR roles in different industries, Kathryn has a solid background in strategic HR planning and business partnering. Kathryn also has experience in project support and providing HR services to employees at different levels within organizations. Kathryn holds a degree from The University of Manchester.
