Nadine Wyncoll

Nadine Wyncoll currently serves as the People Director at Co-op, contributing to one of the world’s largest consumer co-operatives since July 2023. Previous roles include People Director at HelloFresh and Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd, where significant growth and cultural change occurred. As a Non-Executive Director for The People Experience Hub, Nadine provided strategic oversight for employee experience improvement initiatives. With extensive HR experience across multiple companies, including Tesco and Dixons Carphone, Nadine’s career encompasses leading HR functions for thousands of colleagues across various markets. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Employment Law and membership as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
