Cyrus M. is an experienced Learning & Development Manager and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist with over 20 years of experience at the Co-operative Bank of Kenya. Key roles include leading the OCM track for a core banking system deployment, fostering staff readiness through training and proactive stakeholder involvement, and successfully enhancing competencies within the organization. Prior to this, Cyrus served as a Lecturer at Kenya Polytechnic, mentoring students in Chemical and Process Engineering and Food Technology. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Procurement and Logistics from JKUAT, a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical and Process Engineering from Moi University, an Advanced Diploma in Credit Management from the Chartered Institute of Bankers Scotland, and a coaching certification from CDI-AFRICA.
