Barb Weber

Barb Weber is the Director of Customer Success at CO.STARTERS. Barb has held this position since August 2020. Prior to that, they were the Onboarding and Training Manager at CO.STARTERS from June 2020 to August 2020. Before that, they were the Facilitator Manager at CO.STARTERS from August 2020 to April 2021.

Barb Weber has also worked as a marketing and advertising consultant, a development director, and an admissions specialist. Barb has also managed sales and store operations for various clients.

Weber attended Hollins University, where they majored in English and minored in computer science. After graduation, Weber pursued a career in entrepreneurship, starting with a certification from CO.STARTERS in Generator Faciltator. Barb followed that with a certification from CO.STARTERS in Rebuild Faciltator and then from The Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative in Facilitator, The Ice House Entrepreneurial Mindset Training. Finally, Weber became certified as a CO.STARTERS CORE Facilitator.
