Camilla Reinholdt serves as an HR Business Partner at Matas A/S since May 2024, contributing expertise to the Digital & Loyalty, IT & Supply Chain, and Finance business areas across the Nordics while providing strategic support to leadership teams. Since April 2017, Camilla has also held the position of Head of People & Culture at &Co. / NoA, overseeing talent acquisition, employee life cycle management, and various HR processes. Previous roles include Senior Account Manager and Account Manager at &Co. / NoA and J. Walter Thompson Copenhagen, respectively, where Camilla managed key client relationships with companies like Danske Bank and Shell. Early career experience includes project management and coordination roles at DigitasLBi Denmark, as well as event coordination and recruitment research. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Management of Creative Business Processes from Copenhagen Business School, certifications in coaching and marketing management, along with a strong foundation in business administration and psychology.
