Thomas Schlick

Thomas Schlick is an executive coach, strategic planner, and consultant with over 20 years of experience in the corporate world. Thomas has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including vice president of marketing and engineering development at Sterilmed, a part of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, and chief operating officer at XATA Corporation. In their current role, they provide coaching and consulting services to clients in a variety of industries.

Thomas Schlick is a highly accomplished executive with a proven track record of success in both operational and leadership roles. Thomas is an expert in strategic planning, P&L management, and Six Sigma methodology. Thomas has a proven ability to build and grow service revenue streams, and has successfully led teams of 250+ people.

Thomas Schlick has a MBA in Finance/Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a certification from the Black Belt, Six Sigma in ACCO Brands. Thomas also has a certification from Green Belt, Six Sigma in BMG University.
