Rob Filardo

Rob Filardo is an experienced professional in technology and project management, currently serving as Principal Account Manager for the AI Solutions Group at Microsoft since March 2022, where responsibilities include leading solution delivery and account management for strategic customers and acting as the Responsible AI Lead for Contact Center Solutions.
