Elaine Bernalyn S. Cercado

Elaine Bernalyn S. Cercado serves as the Managing Director, Senior Consultant, and Executive Coach at POWERinU Training and Coaching since March 2008. In addition to this role, Elaine is a licensed facilitator for The Coaching Clinic at Coach U, Inc., and a member of the Leadership Development Faculty at Duke Corporate Education. Previous experience includes serving as a Career Transition Coach for Randstad RiseSmart and facilitating leadership programs for The World Bank Group. Elaine's extensive background in management includes roles at IDC, NCS Group, Carestream Health Singapore, and Kodak Health Group, where significant contributions were made in talent development, sales transformation, and organizational leadership. Academic qualifications include an MBA from De La Salle University and various certifications related to coaching and training.
