Sharon Pudlo

Sharon Pudlo, BSN, JD, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Nursing Officer at Coachella Valley Behavioral Health since October 2023. Previously, Sharon was the Chief Executive Officer at Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health, overseeing a 108-bed psychiatric facility from January 2022 to October 2023. With a comprehensive background in operations, risk management, and behavioral health services, Sharon's experience includes roles such as COO-In-Training at UHS and District Director of Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance at Palomar Health. Sharon's career also encompasses leadership positions in various healthcare organizations, including Dignity Health and UofL Hospital. Sharon earned a Doctor of Law degree from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Spalding University.
