Emily L. Pasnak-Lapchick

Emily L. Pasnak-Lapchick is a seasoned coach and social impact consultant with extensive experience in nonprofit sectors. Currently serving at Chrysalis Exchange and Coaching For Everyone, Emily focuses on career support, managing transitions, and fostering personal growth among underserved BIPOC populations. With over a decade of experience, Emily has held significant roles including Senior Project Head at Open Society Foundations and Manager of the End Trafficking Project at UNICEF USA. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Innovation from the Kroc School at the University of San Diego and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Eckerd College.
