J. Victor McGuire Certified Executive Coach

J. Victor McGuire Ph.D. is a Certified Executive Coach and the Executive Director/Founder of Coaching For Everyone, a nonprofit organization established in March 2020 that focuses on providing complimentary coaching and leadership support to underserved Black, Latinx, and Indigenous American populations, particularly for young adults and educators. Additionally, McGuire serves as the President/CEO of Velocity Leadership Consulting since August 2014, where customized leadership development training is offered. A former University Professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas from 2002 to 2010, McGuire instructed courses in the College of Education and observed student teachers. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Colorado State University, a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Doane University. Further professional development includes training in Co-Active Coaching & Leadership from the Co-Active Training Institute.
